CD - Create Dataset is a by product of Active learning on any dataset. By involving additional rational, we are creating another better training set using CD web ui and its Active learning loop. We witnessed by incorporating rational we achieved better accuracy and transparency in the prediction. We also shown comparison between with and without rational learning, the predictions of with rational from human are more trust worthy and making more sense when it is compared to actual results.
